Registration for eXperience Refactoring

We have places available for courses in the list below. Please state the name of the participant(s) and billing details (including the name of the person to contact for billing, and the company address) in the form below. You can also contact Willem, Marc, or Rob directly. 

I register to participate in eXperience Refactoring. This course may be taught in English (most of the 2007 courses were in English, due to a number of non-Dutch speakers in each course).

Registration entitles me to two days of training, a course handout (slides plus papers) and a book (Working Effectively with Legacy Code by Michael Feathers). Coffee, lunch, the use of computers and a training room is included in the price.

Participation costs 1050 Euro, ex. VAT - my organisation will receive an invoice after the training which my organisation will pay within thirty days.
